About this role

The Staff Engineer - SME Membrane Systems will serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for membrane separation technologies across Agropur’s manufacturing network. The role provides technical leadership for reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and microfiltration applications, guiding capital projects, standards development, and optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise membrane system design and operating standards
Support operational excellence by troubleshooting membrane performance and reliability issues
