About this role

This role seeks a Staff Software Engineer to lead frontend platform evolution and engineering practices at OneMain Financial. The successful candidate will drive architecture, developer experience, and observability for large-scale web and mobile customer experiences while collaborating across Product, UX, and Security teams to establish technical standards.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for frontend architecture and engineering best practices across web and mobile experiences.
Partner with engineering teams to evolve Angular-based applications and micro frontend architecture standards.
Design scalable, maintainable, and performant customer-facing web and mobile application experiences.
Drive observability improvements through client-side monitoring, logging, and performance measurement strategies.
