Staff Engineer

As a Staff Engineer in Process Development & Automation, you will bridge the gap between IT systems and laboratory functions to design, validate, and implement new automated clinical tests and workflows. You will lead user acceptance testing, manage complex systems integration projects, and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a high-throughput clinical lab environment. This role requires deep expertise in optimizing processes that involve liquid handlers, nucleic acid extraction, and Laboratory Information Management Systems.
