Staff Engineer

The Staff Engineer on Grindr's Ecosystem Health team owns the end-to-end stack for the platform's moderation systems, including tools for human moderators, automated photo moderation, and fraud prevention. This role involves setting the technical direction for architecting and scaling these systems while collaborating directly with Product, Design, and Backend Platform teams to deliver impactful features quickly.
