About this role

Ava Labs is seeking a Staff Engineer for the Developer Infrastructure team to build and improve core engineering productivity systems, including CI/CD, testing, and observability. The role focuses on reducing engineering friction and risk by creating durable infrastructure, tooling, and shared knowledge that make better engineering outcomes easier and more repeatable.
