Staff Failure Analysis Engineer

The Staff Failure Analysis Engineer leads deep-dive technical investigations into electromechanical, hardware, and system-level field failures across deployed Digit fleets. This role bridges field operations, customer deployments, and engineering design teams to rapidly contain field escapes, identify physics-of-failure mechanisms, and drive closed-loop corrective actions back into manufacturing and next-generation architecture. The position requires extensive experience in failure analysis, structured problem-solving methodologies, and proficiency with lab diagnostic tools to support complex electromechanical systems.
