Staff GNC Engineer – Flight Controls

The Staff GNC Engineer – Flight Controls is responsible for owning the architecture and design of inner- and outer-loop flight control laws, including control modes, gain scheduling, and envelope protection. This role involves leading system identification efforts, defining verification strategies, and planning and analyzing flight tests to validate control law performance. The position requires technical leadership in mentoring engineers and advising program leadership on critical flight control decisions.
