About this role

The Staff HR Technology Analyst at OpenGov is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Workday system and related HR technology tools to enhance employee data access and support various HR functions. This role requires expertise in system administration, configuration, and reporting, while collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to identify business needs and drive technology solutions. The analyst will lead HR technology projects, manage integrations, and develop training materials to optimize system functionality, ultimately contributing to OpenGov's aim of improving government efficiency and accountability.
