Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Human Factors Engineer to lead Human Factors and User Experience (UX) efforts for the development of GBSD SW User Interfaces as part of the Specialty Engineering Human Systems Integration team. This role supports the Sentinel Program and involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure compliance with military standards while translating user research into intuitive system operator experiences. The position requires a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance and significant experience in Human Factors Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead Human Factors and User Experience efforts for software user interfaces
Conduct predictive and empirical workload analyses and usability assessments
Translate user research data into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
