The Staff inpatient Pharmacist is responsible for the safe, therapeutic, and rational preparation and dispensing of drugs within the Adena Health System, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards. This role involves processing physician drug orders, compounding medications, and assessing drug orders for appropriateness while maintaining clinical competence.
