About this role
The Optical Interposer & Packaging Lead will drive development and integration of optical interposer and advanced packaging technologies that underpin PsiQuantum’s silicon photonics quantum architecture. The role partners closely with foundries, packaging vendors, and internal design teams to move photonic interconnect technologies from concept through pilot and production readiness. The position focuses on enabling high-yield, low-loss optical interfaces and scalable manufacturing for photonic–electronic subsystems.
