Staff Machine Learning Engineer

The Staff Machine Learning Engineer will design, train, and operate production-grade ML systems that power Tebra’s healthcare platform, owning the full model lifecycle from data exploration to continuous improvement. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on applying advanced ML techniques to messy real-world data, driving measurable automation and business impact while ensuring reliability and compliance in a regulated environment. The role collaborates across engineering, product, and data teams and mentors other engineers to establish best practices for model governance and observability.
