About this role

The Staff Manufacturing Engineer – Biomaterials plays a key role in supporting, sustaining, and improving manufacturing processes across Biomaterials product lines. This hands-on technical position involves leading problem-solving efforts, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring processes remain safe, reliable, and compliant. The role requires close collaboration with Operations, Quality, Validation, and Maintenance teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to resolve product and process issues
Deliver continuous improvement and cost reduction projects focused on OEE, yield and scrap reduction
Provide technical leadership across Biomaterials manufacturing processes and value streams
