Staff Mechanical Engineer

This role involves leading the mechanical design and development of next-generation 1.6T and 2.4T optical transceiver modules for high-speed data center and AI applications. The position requires providing technical leadership across the entire product development lifecycle, from concept definition through mass production and customer support. The successful candidate will drive thermal design, tolerance analysis, and reliability engineering while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
