About this role

Muon Space is seeking a senior engineer to lead the design, qualification, and sustainment of deployable and actuated mechanical systems for its spacecraft, including solar array deployables, drive assemblies, and release mechanisms. The role owns these mission‑critical, single‑point‑failure mechanisms from requirements definition through on‑orbit operation, guiding architecture, analysis, testing, and production scaling while mentoring other engineers.
