Staff Mfg & Process Dvl Engineer (Molding)

This role leads plastic part industrialization and molding process excellence across external manufacturing partners and suppliers. The position is responsible for mold and process development, tooling readiness, scientific molding, process capability, quality, cost optimization, and operational performance at external manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Engineering, Sourcing, project engineers, toolmakers, resin suppliers, and external factories to ensure robust, scalable, and cost-effective injection molding processes that meet TE's quality, delivery, safety, and compliance requirements.
