Staff ML Accelerator Architect

Waymo's Compute Team is seeking a Staff ML Accelerator Architect to design and optimize high-performance custom silicon and system-level compute architectures for the Waymo Driver. The role involves analyzing inference workloads, building performance modeling tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver novel hardware and software solutions. This position reports to a Hardware Engineering Manager and focuses on advancing the world's most experienced autonomous driving platform.
