Staff Packaging Engineer

The Staff Packaging Engineer at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics leads development and maintenance of packaging methods, processes, and tooling for parts, subassemblies, and finished products across the product lifecycle. The role holds full accountability for development deliverables—test methods, validation techniques, and process documentation—and serves as the coordinating lead to ensure manufacturing and packaging requirements are met for new products and enhancements. This position reports to the Senior Manager Package Engineering and is an on-site role at one of several U.S. locations.
