Staff People and Learning Partner

Arc is seeking a Staff People and Learning Partner to own the people strategy for Sales, Service, and G&A functions while building manager development and career growth systems across the company. The role involves partnering with leaders on organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and California employment law compliance, as well as designing and delivering manager training and individual contributor career pathways. Approximately 40% of the time is dedicated to learning and development, including curriculum creation, facilitation, and impact measurement.
