Staff PIC Process Development Engineer

This role serves as a senior individual contributor within Nokia’s Optical Components organization, responsible for developing, optimizing, and transferring InP photonic integrated circuit and laser fabrication processes for high-volume manufacturing. The position requires deep technical expertise in epitaxial design, semiconductor processing, and data-driven manufacturing analysis to enable next-generation optical component technologies. The engineer will collaborate closely with remote fabrication partners and cross-functional teams to drive process integration and yield excellence.
