A Staff Process Engineer at Enovix leads the development, industrialization, and scale-up of critical production processes for advanced silicon-anode lithium-ion batteries. Reporting to the Director, this role drives cross-site alignment between Malaysia, Korea, and USA teams to ensure robust, scalable, and cost-effective manufacturing. The position requires deep expertise in mechanical engineering fundamentals and advanced process control to mentor senior engineers and optimize high-volume production.

Responsibilities

Define manufacturing strategies and process roadmaps for key production technologies
Drive production ramp readiness through qualification builds and process validation
Lead equipment design reviews, installation, and production release activities
Conduct root cause investigations for yield excursions and process variation
Mentor and develop Senior Process Engineers within the global team
