About this role

The Staff Product Manager, AI Security at Box is responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap to secure agentic AI capabilities, autonomous workflows, and generative AI integrations across the Box Intelligent Content Management platform. This high-impact individual contributor role involves building and scaling defense mechanisms for Box's native agentic capabilities and external integrations, partnering with AI/ML engineers and security teams to translate AI threat intelligence into robust platform guardrails. The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML security, LLM application security, and agentic guardrail frameworks to protect enterprise content against novel AI threats.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy for AI Security and Agentic Guardrails
Build agent guardrail frameworks and policy engines to monitor autonomous agent behaviors
Architect multi-layered defenses against advanced AI threats including prompt injection and jailbreaking
