About this role

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Databricks' Field Engineering organization drives and manages complex, high-impact technical programs originating from customer-facing teams. The role acts as the primary link between Field Engineering and internal groups (Product, Engineering, Sales), owning program lifecycles and synthesizing field feedback to influence product roadmaps. TPMs will help scale the field organization through technical assets, frameworks, and reference architectures while communicating status and risks to senior stakeholders.
