About this role

The Staff Quality Engineer serves as a senior technical leader and subject matter expert for electrical and electronic quality across Symbotic products, providing guidance throughout the design, development, and production lifecycle. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, lead quality planning activities, and drive systemic improvements in product reliability. The position requires analyzing field performance data and leading complex failure investigations to ensure robust product performance and production readiness.
