Staff Quantum Control Hardware Engineer on the Networking, Sensing, and Security team responsible for defining the physical-layer hardware architecture for next-generation quantum networking nodes and high-precision sensing devices. The role focuses on designing low-noise, high-precision mixed-signal hardware to control optical sources and read single-photon detectors, enabling secure quantum communication and entanglement distribution. The position is part of a cross-functional team driving IonQ's quantum networking and sensing roadmap and will be located onsite in Bothell, WA or Vista, CA.
