STAFF R&D/PRODUCT DVL ENGINEER

This role leads the technical domain for single or multiple strategic development projects, guiding them from initial ideation to final production. The position involves creating high-speed connector and cable assembly solutions, performing feasibility studies, and managing the entire product development lifecycle including design, prototyping, and qualification. Candidates must bridge the gap between business engineering and customer engineering teams while adhering to LEANPD project processes to ensure on-time, quality, and budget-compliant releases.
