Staff Research Associate

The Staff Research Associate provides critical histology and biospecimen services to the UCSF Neurosurgery Department and Helen Diller Comprehensive Cancer Center. This role involves collecting and processing brain tumor specimens, maintaining a long-standing tissue repository, and performing specialized immunohistochemical tasks within a revenue-generating core facility. The position supports both research investigators and clinical trials by ensuring the accurate handling, archiving, and distribution of neurological tissues and blood samples.
