A Registered Nurse providing general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of acute care in a Neuro Spine unit. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and for delegating tasks to LPNs and unlicensed personnel. The role supports safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
