About this role

Anthropic is seeking a Software Engineer for the Launch Engineering team to design and build deployment infrastructure that moves inference code from merge to production across GPU, TPU, and Trainium fleets. This role involves optimizing resource-constrained deployment scheduling, improving observability tooling, and driving down cycle times while minimizing disruption to live serving capacity.

Responsibilities

Design and build deployment infrastructure for inference code across accelerator fleets
Optimize capacity-aware scheduling to maximize throughput under resource constraints
Extend deployment observability with dashboards and automated reporting tools
Drive down cycle time from code merge to production using parallel pipeline architectures
