A Staff Software Engineer on Sprout Social’s Identity and Access Management team will lead the design and delivery of platform-level access and authorization solutions used across the product suite. The role requires technical ownership of authorization control and data planes, delivering secure, highly available, and low-latency systems that scale to billions of requests. The engineer will collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams, mentor peers, and shape the organization’s IAM strategy and tooling.
