About this role

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the design and build of the Gen AI and Personalization platform, owning core backend, Gen AI services and cloud systems to ensure scalability, reliability and security. The role influences architecture across teams, mentors engineers and shapes technical strategy as the company expands its AI capabilities. It is a remote-first position with a minimum expectation of coming to the office two days per month. The role offers opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
