Staff Software Engineer, Data Platform - US (Remote)

The Staff Software Engineer will be a senior member of the MLS data platform squad, responsible for architecting and building the systems that power real estate listing data, search, and recommendations. The role focuses on large-scale data infrastructure, backend services, and streaming/batch pipelines that support both internal and customer-facing products. It also includes integrating and scaling AI agents used for operational automation and data-driven experiences. This position has broad technical ownership, cross-team impact, and mentorship responsibilities within a fast-growing proptech company.
