Staff Software Engineer – Experimentation team

The Staff Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in evolving Marks & Spencer's Experimentation platform, empowering product, engineering, and content teams to run experiments more easily and confidently. This role involves designing and building backend-heavy platform capabilities, setting technical direction, and championing a self-service platform model.
