Staff Software Engineer

This role leads the design, architecture, and deployment of Activation Power management software within the Low Voltage Infrastructure organization, ensuring compliance with SDV2.0 requirements. The incumbent collaborates with critical partners and systems engineering groups to define optimal architectures, manage stakeholder alignment, and drive software architecture discipline across the team. Additionally, the position involves mentoring engineers, developing tactical roadmaps, and supervising a team of Software and Control Engineers to deliver high-quality production software.
