Staff Specialist – Commissioning

This role supports the commissioning team in verifying that building systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably by executing testing procedures, documenting results, and assisting with troubleshooting. The position involves collaborating with contractors and engineers on-site to review construction documents, O&M manuals, and testing reports while tracking issues to ensure project requirements are met. It offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems under the guidance of a Lead Commissioning Specialist.
