About this role

The Principal Technical Program Manager will bridge Engineering, Infrastructure, and Finance to scale Flexport’s technology foundation and optimize engineering cost efficiency. This role leads strategic initiatives to manage cloud spend and drives large cross-team infrastructure programs such as migrations and reliability improvements. The position also champions adoption of AI/ML tooling and establishes operational KPIs to improve engineering efficiency.
