About this role

The Staff Test Infrastructure & Controls Engineer will serve as the technical authority for the architecture, integration, and lifecycle strategy of ground test infrastructure used in propulsion testing, overseeing design, commissioning, and sustainment of test stands, fluid systems, and data acquisition. The role involves leading safety and operational excellence initiatives, mentoring cross‑functional teams, and ensuring safe, repeatable test campaigns while supporting long‑term infrastructure evolution.
