About this role

The Staff UX Product Designer will lead design for NinjaTrader’s Trader Engagement vertical, shaping experiences that help new customers learn to trade and engage active traders through educational tools, multimedia content, and social initiatives. This role owns end-to-end product design, contributes to the Design System, and partners closely with Product Management and Engineering while mentoring other designers. The position is based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule and remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in select states.
