About this role

The Staff Validation Engineer, Wireless Radio Lead is a senior technical individual contributor responsible for leading the validation, characterization, and optimization of wireless radio subsystems for Ambiq's next-generation ultra‑low‑power SoCs. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Silicon Validation Engineering, the role provides technical leadership across Bluetooth® Low Energy, Bluetooth Classic, and IEEE 802.15.4‑based technologies, defining validation methodologies and developing automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead post-silicon validation of wireless radio subsystems
Define validation methodologies and develop automated test frameworks
Mentor engineers and collaborate to debug and optimize wireless performance
