The Staff Wellbeing & Practice Development Manager serves as the organisational lead for physical intervention, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and post-incident learning at Rossie. This role provides professional leadership and oversight for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's Physical Intervention Model. The position ensures that all approaches to prevention and intervention are safe, trauma-informed, and rights-respecting across the organisation.
