This role involves directing and managing programs related to student academic planning, registration, and program completion while designing resources to support student success. The position requires supervising the Office of Academic Advisement team, establishing standards for advising processes, and evaluating the impact of advising services on student retention and graduation. The incumbent will also oversee advising software, manage the department budget, and collaborate with campus partners to address systemic barriers to student success.
