Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator

The role is responsible for analyzing data from multiple systems to determine staffing and scheduling requirements for med/surg clinical areas, overseeing the scheduling system to reduce overtime, on‑call, and VA usage, and serving as the liaison between nursing units and leadership. The coordinator collaborates with unit staff and leadership to resolve staffing challenges, communicate updates, and ensure staffing needs are met across the organization.
