Staffing Coordinator-FMOL

The Staffing Coordinator-FMOL assigns staffing resources to departments across various campuses, utilizing in-depth knowledge of organizational policies to guide appropriate placement. This role involves collaborating with clinical and nonclinical leadership to fluidly move resources throughout the organization while ensuring qualified and cost-efficient staff are matched to current needs. The position requires proactive scheduling, reassignment of staff, and communication with unit-based leadership to manage admission capacity and colleague availability. Additionally, the coordinator assists with onboarding, training, and administrative duties related to staffing technology and reporting.
