The Staffing Coordinator-FMOL assigns staffing resources to departments across various campuses, utilizing in-depth knowledge of organizational policies to guide appropriate placement. This role involves collaborating with clinical and nonclinical leadership to fluidly move resources throughout the organization while ensuring qualified and cost-efficient staff are matched to current needs. The position also supports the orientation and training of new team members and maintains accurate scheduling and timekeeping records.
