The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily staffing functions, including schedule changes, backup, and system maintenance of the ANSOS staffing software. This role supports directors by creating and distributing position reports, scheduling planners, and unit schedules for assigned cost centers, while adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
