Staffing Coordinator

Staffing Coordinators are at the heart of WSI's recruiting efforts, connecting job seekers with temp-to-hire opportunities at manufacturing clients. The role involves reviewing applicants, conducting phone screens and interviews, scheduling candidates, and completing necessary background checks and drug screenings. Successful candidates will provide job coaching, maintain clear communication with clients and associates, and represent the company at job fairs and community events.
