Under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer, this role coordinates staffing for all nursing units, verifies licenses and certifications, and serves as a liaison between the nursing office and other hospital departments. The position assists nursing administration with staffing variance reports, scheduling, and actively participates in recruitment activities for nursing services. Key responsibilities include maintaining staffing records, managing payroll time sheets, and handling registry staffing according to department needs.
