Staffing Coordinator

Under the direction of the Staffing Manager, this role coordinates the scheduling of Home Care Aides, Geriatric Caregivers, and LPNs to ensure adequate and safe staffing for PACE participants. The position involves managing daily staffing adjustments, processing service changes, and maintaining accurate records of hours worked and absences. The coordinator serves as a key communication link between nurses, care providers, and administration to resolve staffing issues and ensure participant care plans are met.
