About this role
The Staffing Scheduler supports the nursing department by managing staffing, scheduling, and payroll for nursing staff including Behavior Health Specialists. The role ensures adequate RN and BHS coverage for each shift, schedules float and per diem staff, and maintains employee and schedule records in the time and attendance system. The position performs a variety of clerical tasks and operates under the supervision of the Lead Staffing Scheduler.
