About this role

The Staffing/Program Coordinator supports program staffing, personnel onboarding, workforce administration, and day-to-day program operations within the Intel Sector. This role serves as a central point of contact for staffing and administrative activities, coordinating closely with Talent Acquisition, Security, Human Resources, and the PMO. The position manages the full staffing lifecycle, facilitates new-hire onboarding and employee departures, and maintains accurate personnel records and staffing metrics.
